Landscape Construction Foreman

Looking for motivated people with a strong attention to detail to lead a crew of 2 to 3 people in the layout, execution, and completion of landscape projects on both residential and commercial properties. The foreman is responsible for all aspects of running a clean and efficient jobsite such as: communicating with the designer, customer and crew, making tool and material checklists, completing daily work tickets and end of job paperwork, training crew members, and maintaining assigned truck, tools, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL (will train)
• Good communication skills
• At least 3 years in landscape construction with experience in retaining walls, patios, edging, planting, and grading. Please provide references
• Ability to complete paperwork on a daily basis
• Experience using basic hand tools such as tape measure, level, hammer, chisel
• Experience using concrete/cut-off saw
• Knowledge of proper tool and equipment maintenance
• Ability to lift 75 lbs, sometimes repeatedly
• Be in good physical condition to perform job duties as assigned
• Be tobacco free in the workplace
